Do you have access to only one source (voltage) of power but need other voltages?  These circuit boards will do the trick.  Provide one voltage as an input (up to 36VDC) and get up to 3 different output voltages (below the input voltage).  The voltage output is dependent upon what voltage regulator you use in the circuit.  For example, let’s say you have 12VDC available and you need 5VDC to power some other component then build the circuit with the 5VDC voltage regulator.  With the 3 output version, you could power it with 24VDC and have outputs of 5, 9, and 12 VDC at currents up to 1A each.  These are very useful (and cheap).  There are 3 versions of this circuit available – with 1, 2 or 3 outputs.  When ordering, specify what output values you want.  Available output values are 5, 9, 12, 15 and 24 VDC.
