Payment, Shipping and Other Important Information

Just So You Know...

As of present, I hand-build all of the circuit boards that I offer.  This begins with the computer design, goes through development and etching and ends with mounting the components and finally testing.  This allows me to make minor design changes to meet your special requirements, if necessary.

Shopping:

When you find a product that you want to buy, just press the associated "Add To Cart" button and you will then see a new Shopping Cart window open with your item and the price displayed.  You can leave this window open or close it (you will not lose the cart information) if you want to continue shopping.  When you are done shopping, just press the "View Shopping Cart" Button and your current shopping cart will be displayed.  Make any adjustments in the quantities that you want and then press the checkout button.  If I have asked you to specify some attribute of the product that you are ordering (i.e., thermocouple type), you can enter that information at the bottom of the billing/shipping address screen when you are checking out.  You are not required to sign up for a PayPal account if you don't want to in order to purchase from my site.

Product Information:

I have provided an Information Sheet for each of the products that I sell in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.  To view the information, just press the Info Sheet button for the item you are interested in.  You can then print or save this if you wish.  When done viewing this file, use your Back button to go back to where you were.  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, press the following button and you will be redirected to where you can download and install this program.  It is free.

Payment:

This web site is only set up to accept online payments through PayPal.  This method allows me to accept credit card orders.  If you already have a PayPal account, you should be familiar with the process.  If you don't, you will be instructed on how to complete the payment.  It is painless, you do not have to have a PayPal account (or join) and best of all, it is free!  If you do not wish to use PayPal, please contact me at info@SimpleCircuitBoards.com and we can make other arrangements.  This will slow your order delivery down, though.  I will also accept money orders but will not ship your order until I have received payment.

Shipping:

Currently, I am only shipping to continental US destinations.  I will ship internationally but I will charge an additional $10.00 handling fee in addition to the additional postage to cover me filling out all the customs forms and going to the post office.  Generally, for orders that are placed before 5:00 PM MST, I can ship within 1 business day.  In rare occasions, or if you place a large order, this may extend to several business days.  If this should occur, I will contact you with a target ship date.  My shipping and handling rates are based on using USPS Priority Mail.  This will get your order to you in about 3 business days.  There is no tracking information available with this method.  If you want to be able to track your shipment, I can do UPS and Fed-X as well, but different shipping charges will apply.  Contact me directly and I will give you the new S&H Charges.

Warranty:

Due to the fact that I can not control how you use these boards, I am afraid that I can not offer any warranty other than that they are tested and do work as designed when they leave here.  However, if you do have a problem, contact me and I will do what ever I can to help you out.
