This board allows you to switch a latching relay from Normally Open (NO) to Normally Closed (NC) or vice-versa using only a pulse from a TTL signal.  It is capable of switching a 2A load.  It will remain in the selected state without a TTL signal input to keep it in that state.  Requires 12VDC for operation.
